It is possible to have two different kinds of integrations: lite and in-depth.
With a 'lite' integration;
The order is sent to Orkestro via the API but is managed with the Orkestro dashboard.
Merchants will have their own logins, on which they will see driver arrival ETAs, courier company/driver info, etc.
With a 'in-depth' integration;
Your merchants will manage the orders directly on your backend.
The information available in Orkestro is surfaced to the merchants via Webhooks.
