To view the proof of delivery in the Orkestro Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Open the order
2. Click on the 'Logs' tab
3. If the courier is set up to send proof of delivery to Orkestro, you’ll find an update beginning with ‘Received proof of delivery…’. If it is not set up to do so, see the alternative methods below.

Alternative Methods to Request Proof of Delivery
If the proof of delivery is not available in the order modal, you can request it via chat:
- Use the “Start Chat” button on the Portal to contact the relevant delivery partner and request proof of delivery.
Please note that different delivery partners operate with different forms of proof of delivery. Some may require the customer’s signature while others may only use GPS points and call logs.
