Where can I find the proof of delivery (POD)?

To view the proof of delivery in the Orkestro Dashboard, please follow these steps:

    1.    Open the order modal.

    2.    Scroll down to the ‘Status Log’ section.

    3.    If the courier is set up to send proof of delivery to Orkestro, you’ll find an update beginning with ‘Received proof of delivery…’. If it is not set up to do so, see the alternative methods below.

Alternative Methods to Request Proof of Delivery

If the proof of delivery is not available in the order modal, you can request it via chat:

  • Use the “Start Chat” button on the dashboard to contact the relevant delivery partner and request proof of delivery.
  • Alternatively, you can submit a ticket to our support team through this link: Submit a Ticket.

Please note that different delivery partners operate with different forms of proof of delivery. Some may require the customer’s signature while others may only use GPS points and call logs.
