Where can I find the proof of delivery (POD)?

Proof of deliveries can be requested from our delivery partners. You can request for a proof of delivery on a booking by contacting the relevant delivery partner via the “Start Chat” button on the dashboard or you can submit a ticket to our support team through this link: Ticket.

Please note that different delivery partners operate with different forms of proof of deliveries. Some may require the customer’s signature while others may only use GPS points and call logs.
