Where can I find the proof of delivery (POD)?

To view the proof of delivery in the Orkestro Dashboard, please follow these steps:

  • Open the order modal.
  • Scroll down to the 'Status Log' section.
  • If the courier is set up to send proof of delivery to Orkestro, you'll find an update beginning with 'Received proof of delivery...'.

Proof of deliveries can also be requested from our delivery partners via chat.

You can request proof of delivery on a booking by contacting the relevant delivery partner via the “Start Chat” button on the dashboard or you can submit a ticket to our support team through this link: Ticket.

Please note that different delivery partners operate with different forms of proof of delivery. Some may require the customer’s signature while others may only use GPS points and call logs.
