Orders inserted, can be searched by properly entering one of the following IDs into the search bar:
- Order number
- Courier Reference Number
- Order ID
If unable to retrieve it, the booking does not exist on Orkestro’s platform. Kindly contact your e-commerce partner to double-check if the job was successfully sent and processed from their end.
