I am not able to find an order after searching?

Orders inserted, can be searched by properly entering one of the following IDs into the search bar:

  • Order number
  • Courier Reference Number
  • Order ID

If unable to retrieve it, the booking does not exist on Orkestro’s platform. Kindly contact your e-commerce partner to double-check if the job was successfully sent and processed from their end. 

Alternatively, you can create a support ticket for us to investigate further.
