I can't see orders on my platform

There's couple of possible reasons why you might not be able to see orders on your dashboard. Here are some of the most common reason:

1. Selected date is incorrect. Please check the date.

2. You don't have permission to see the orders. All merchants should have permission to view orders. Please go to Settings, click Merchant and check the available merchants in the dropdown. If you don't see you merchant ID in the drop down settings, please contact Orkestro Support.

3. Your integration isn't finalised. Please contact your checkout partner to ensure that you are integrated with Orkestro.

4. Error on browser. Please try to refresh your browser and log out and back into the dashboard.

If you are still unable to see orders on the dashboard, please contact our Customer Support.
