To trigger a callback in the Sandbox you will need to change the status of an order. To do so, please complete the following steps:
1. Find the relevant docket (user the Order Reference)
2. Right-click the docket
3. Change status
4. This will trigger a callback
Please note, as the job is in the Sandbox environment and there is no actual courier assigned, the information contained in the callback response will not include courier info and/or driver info.
Do I have to use all of the callbacks?
This is entirely up to you and the decision will depend on how much interaction you want to keep on the sender's interface. You can opt for a ‘lite’ integration where you only send the orders and these are then managed from the Orkestro dashboard from that point onwards. Alternatively, you can utilise all the callbacks and keep users only on your interface.
