There are no available quotes on the order?

Orders on the Orkestro platform are typically auto-dispatched once inserted. If there are no available quotes on the order:

  • validate the encoded address for geocoding errors
  • check if the address on the pick-up and drop-off are within our courier partner’s delivery zone
  • review the dispatching rules
