Does the Orkestro API return quotes?

The API does not return a quote. This is due to the nature of the software in that there are multiple couriers available to be booked all of whom charge different pricing. As such, passing a price across before the job is completed is inaccurate as there are scenarios where the desired courier may not carry out the job (e.g you may originally book a job with courier A but they do not have the capacity to fulfill, so an alternative is forced to be booked).
