The driver is not responsive to calls?

Sometimes drivers may not be able to answer calls because they are:

  • Driving or in transit,

  • Busy with other deliveries,

  • Experiencing service/network issues.


If you’re unable to reach the driver by phone, the best way to get instant updates is to start a chat with the courier’s support team via the Orkestro Portal.


This will connect you directly to the courier’s support team, who can quickly assist and provide real-time updates about your order.


? How to start a chat:

  1. Open the relevant order in the Portal.

  2. Go to the Fleet tab.

  3. Click the ? chat icon next to the booking.


Tip: You can also click the chat icon straight from the order list page for quick access
