Close or deactivate your Orkestro account

To close your account:

  • Please raise a ticket via our Ticket Portal
  • Select Accounts & Billing’ as a type.
  • Select ‘Account Management’ and request for an account closure
  • Our support team will confirm to you once the account has been closed.

Please note that if you do not close your account, you may still be charged Orkestro fees.
