The driver went to the wrong pickup or drop-off location? (LIVE ORDER)

If the driver is struggling to find the correct pickup or drop-off location, please clarify the address to either the driver either by calling the driver directly (the driver details can be found on your order information) or the delivery partner through the “Start Chat” button on the order. Alternatively, the driver will need to cancel this booking and the order will need to be rebooked.
