Reopen or reactivate your Orkestro account

To reopen your account:

  • Please raise a ticket via our Ticket Portal
  • Select ‘Accounts & Billing’ as a type.
  • Select ‘Account Management’ and request for an account reactivation
  • Our support team will check that your billing details are up to date and reopen your account. If we can’t find relevant billing details, we will ask you to update them before reopening.
