MealShift is a fleet partner you can connect to Orkestro to have your delivery orders dispatched automatically, with live tracking and status updates sent back to the Orkestro Portal. There are two ways to use it:
- On-demand fleet — MealShift dispatches a nearby vetted MealShift driver for every order
- Your own drivers — dispatch and track your own in-house team through MealShift, using the same tools
To connect MealShift, please follow the steps below.
Set up your MealShift account
- Sign up for a MealShift account, or email support@mealshift.co.uk to get started
- Confirm your setup with the MealShift team, either coverage for on-demand deliveries or your own drivers
- Agree your rates with MealShift
The MealShift team will then send you your unique API key, usually within one business day.
Add MealShift as a fleet in Orkestro
- Navigate to Settings > Connected Fleets
- Click "Connect New Fleet" and select MealShift
- Paste your MealShift API key into the API Key field and click Save
Alternatively, if you manage several stores or merchants, you can bulk apply your connected fleets settings from an existing merchant. More on bulk applying fleet settings.
