You can start a chat with the booked fleet directly on the Orkestro platform. You can only start chats on orders with a booking.

To start a chat with a fleet or delivery partner:

1. Open the order

2. Click 'Start Chat'

Please make sure to start the chat with the relevant fleet for that booking.

Please note, not all of our fleet provide chat support yet. These fleets will provide phone support instead. You can find the phone support lines below. If your inquiry is unrelated to any of the bookings, please kindly contact our support team via our Live Chat or Ticket Portal.
