Edit or change your order details

In order to amend the order details, you will need to cancel the existing order and create a new order with the amended details. This way we can ensure that our fleet partner will receive the updated information.

Please follow the below steps to edit an order:

1.    Open the original order and click "Cancel Job"

2.    Click "Repeat booking"

3.    Amend necessary details e.g. delivery schedules or delivery addresses

4.    Click "Save"

NOTE: If a driver was assigned to the order at the time of cancellation, there will be a cancellation charge.
